Leave Ho Chi Minh City for My Tho to begin your Mekong Delta adventure. Visit the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda before boarding a traditional sampan to cruise along the Mekong River, passing Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands.
Stop at Unicorn Island to stroll through orchards, taste tropical fruits, and enjoy local folk music. Continue by hand-rowed sampan along the peaceful Thoi Son canal. Visit a family-run business, a honey-bee farm, and sample honey tea and coconut candy.
